Enquiry & Application

Collect an application from our office or download it online. Submit digitally or in person. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early to secure placement.

• Visit, call, or email the Admissions Office
• Download the application form
• Confirm class availability for the relevant phase (RR–R, 1–3, 4–7, 8–10) Apply early.

Document Submission

Submit the completed application with certified copies of the required documents.

• Copy of learner’s birth certificate
• Copy of immunisation card
• Copy of parents’ ID smart cards
• Original report card for previous grade
• Learner’s profile (progress report)
• Transfer letter (if applicable)
• Financial clearance letter (if transferring)

Entrance Assessment

Learners complete an academic aptitude and literacy assessment to inform placement and support needs.

• Age-appropriate tasks in numeracy and literacy
• Used to identify learning support and enrichment
• No special preparation required

Parent–Learner Interview

Meet with the principal or admissions officer to discuss expectations, ethos, and partnership.

• Bring any questions about academics and co-curriculars
• Campus tour (where available)
• Alignment on code of conduct and partnership

Admission Decision & Offer

Successful applicants receive an offer that includes fees, uniform list, and start-date details.

• Uniform and resource requirements
• Orientation information

Note: Meeting criteria does not guarantee an offer; placement depends on availability.

Registration & Orientation

Upon acceptance, complete registration, pay the enrolment fee, and attend orientation.

• Submit registration forms and proof of payment
• Confirm chosen payment option (monthly / termly / bi-annual / annual)
• Attend Parent & Learner Orientation
